I have sort of stolen this meme from aldersprig, but I have modified it to better suit the fact that the majority of my characters are almost or completely unknown to you!

SO HERE'S THE DEAL! You have two options.

ONE: Pick a character of mine you know. If you remember the character but forget the name, a brief description'll work.

TWO: Pick a number between 1 and 25. I have here a Secret List, with each number corresponding to a character! I will then tell you which character you drew.

FULL NAME: Samantha Douglas

- She is determined and knows what she wants, and she doesn't care if other people don't like it.
- (Confession: due to the sheer quantity of material, this is less "favorite line" and more "random line I am particularly fond of")

I leaned forward conspiratorily, "I am here on a secret mission to escape the arrival of The Dress. On my return, I shall undoubtedly be pounced upon and subjected to great torments for the pursuit of fashion."

- She's only really got the one, but in a pruned timeline branch she has this fantastic get-up with a pair of borrowed trousers and her hair tied out of the way with a scarf. She looked like a pirate. It's great.

- I wish she would blow something up.
- I really don't want her to be tortured or maimed, that would be terrible.

What are the odds someone would randomly pick the one character I've shared the most fiction about?! XD (answer: 1 in 25)

- He's adorable and INSANE! *ahem* Serious answer. He's very clever and loyal. And even with everything that happens, he never gives up.
- hnngh he has a lot of great but really generic/cliche lines. I can't pick one. ...I can't find one, either, so here's a random one.

“Good evening, citizens!” He stopped and waved at the small crowd, grinning broadly. “I come bearing news from afar!”

- His wandering-samurai outfit, which is basically like Kenshin's except dark blue instead of purple.

13 is Auros! Eee!

- He is charmingly egocentric.
- I can't find any good stand-alone quotes, so here is an entertaining excerpt.

Catching my eye, he leaned forward and rested his arms on his knees, hands folded. "I dare say my word isn't worth much to you yet, but I would suggest you take Sal's advice. He never gives it without very good reason."

I sat up straight and glared at him. "So I should just abandon my whole life, my school, my friends, and come live with a bunch of strange people in some bizarre underground lair?" I waved a hand at the room indignantly.

"Well, yes."

- He looks fantastic in a tailored suit. I wish he wore them more often.
- I, uh, actually I kind of ship him and Regina, which if you knew the people involved is hilarious. *sheepish*

What storyline is Auros from?

He's from the Philosopher's Society! It's the web serial I started and then, upon realizing a few plot points does not a plot make, took down.

I recently got some ideas for making the plot elements I have work, so it's not yet determined which serial I'll go with.

Oh, this'll be interesting! I don't know much about her yet since she was only in that one, so this will be educational for us all~

- Hm! I think I like her sense of curiosity and casual disregard for authority.
- "They were, she quickly discovered, not the most informative plants."
- She doesn't wear a whole lot; the Tikkari don't, generally. It's mostly decorative, dyed fabrics and tinted shells/bone jewelry. Some carved things.
- Nooooooo clue.
- I wish to write more about her!

- She scares me.
- She chuckled in what seemed to be genuine amusement. “I, however, am here by choice. You are not, are you? Even now, standing here as bravely as you are, you act for others. 17 is, well his name is currently Darros. He's from this project.

- He amuses me, mostly.

7 is Terisk! From Wardrobeless! :D

- He is a really neat character concept! But also he is intelligent and educated.
- Well he doesn't really have any yet, what with speaking gibberish and all that.
- The only ones I know of so far are the one he appears in and the one that is Amy's spare clothing when they go shopping, which is kind of hilarious. (Sweatpants, a school t-shirt, and an uncomfortable expression.)
- I... don't ship him with anyone, really. Yet?
- I hope he gets back home and he and his master kick some butt.
- Please don't die violently.
- Foreign, educated, magic, quick-learning, unfortunate
- None right now, but I can see myself calling him Terry or Risky.

4 is RUSSELL! YAY RUSSELL!

- He is so very serious about not being serious.
- Unfortunately it lives in my head in a nebulous sort of way and refuses to be pinned down until I reach that scene.
- Nothing particularly notable; sort of late 19th century style, but in warm browns and blues.
